• Rates are for single-double occupancy (one bed).
• Washington sales tax of 8.6% will be added to total.
• Extra charge for additional people over 2, up to 5 people total (one couple, three kids; 2 couples, one child)
• Unauthorized guests will result in loss of deposit
• Most holidays are excluded from seasonal, midweek & weekly discounts
• Shorter stays may be accepted where available
• A weekend is normally Friday & Saturday nights-other combinations accepted occasionally at the weekend rate.
• Smoking is allowed outside. Strictly no smoking inside the cabin.
• Strictly no pets
• Anyone under age 21 must be accompanied by a parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.

RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made with a refundable $100 deposit payable with Visa, Master Card or Discover. The full amount of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival payable by credit card or check. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit and the full amount of the rent will be charged to a credit card the day the reservation is made. The deposit is refunded by check within 5 days after the last date of your stay if the cabin is left clean, there is no damage or loss, and the policies have been observed.

CANCELLATIONS: If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the first day of your scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of 10% of the rent. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice you will receive a refund of 90% of the nights that are rebooked plus the deposit. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing by Mt Index Properties.
