• Shorter stays accepted where available or within 14 days of arrival.
• A weekend is Friday/Sat nights and must be rented together unless one of the nights is not available or reservation is for 4 or more nights. Midweek rate Sunday night through Thursday night (holidays excluded).
• There is no cleaning charge if the cabin is left the way it was found
• Sheets and towels (1towel/person/day) provided. A starter supply of paper supplies & soap provided.
• Smoking is allowed outside. Strictly no smoking inside the cabin.
• Strictly no pets
• Anyone under age 21 must be accompanied by a parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.

Arrival time after 5:00 PM; Departure time by 1:00pm

RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made with a refundable $100 deposit payable with Visa, Master Card or Discover. The full amount of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival payable by credit card or check. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit and the full amount of the rent will be charged to a credit card the day the reservation is made. To make a reservation, please read our policies then book online or call 360-793-7616. The deposit is refunded within 15 days after the last date of your stay if the cabin is left clean, there is no damage or loss and the policies have been observed.

CANCELLATIONS: If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the first day of your scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee of %10 of the rent or $25, whichever is more. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice you will receive a refund of 90% of the nights that are rebooked plus the deposit. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing by Mt Index Properties.
