• Rates are for single-double occupancy (one bed). $15 housekeeping fee for additional bed (i.e., 2 people/2 beds)
• Extra charge for additional people, up to 4 people total
• Most holidays are excluded from seasonal, midweek & weekly discounts
• Washington sales tax of 8.6% will be added.
• 2 night minimum stay with the exceptions below.
• 3 night minimum stay most holidays (see list above).

• Shorter stays accepted where available or within 14 days of arrival.
• A week is any 7 consecutive nights
• A weekend is Friday/Sat nights and must be rented together unless one of the nights is not available or reservation is for 4 or more nights. Midweek discount Sunday night through Thursday night (holidays excluded).
• There is no cleaning charge if the cabin is left the way it was found
• Smoking is allowed outside. Strictly no smoking inside the cabin.
• Anyone under age 21 must be accompanied by a parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.
• Sky Cabin may not be appropriate for young unsupervised children due to abrupt drop-off to river.
• The sleeping loft has a low ceiling and accessed by a steep ladder, suitable only for an older childr or a small adult.
• No pets - strictly enforced

Arrival time after 4:00 PM; Departure time by 12noon

RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made with a nonrefundable 10% deposit payable with Visa, Master Card or Discover. The remaining 90% is due 30 days prior to arrival payable by credit card or check. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged to a credit card the day the reservation is made. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days prior to the first day of your scheduled arrival. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice there is no refund unless the cabin is rebooked, in which case we will refund 90% of the nights that are rebooked. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing by Mt Index Properties.
