MAKE A RESERVATION 2 night minimum most days, 4 night minimum July & August, 3 night min most holidays. Shorter stays may be accepted "last minute" or where available

• Rates are for one-two people, one bed . Extra charge for additional people or additional bed, up to 4 people total.
• Most holidays are excluded from midweek & weekly discounts
• Washington sales tax of 8.6% is additional
• Shorter stays may be accepted where available or within 14-7 days of arrival.
• The deposit is 100% refundable if the cabin is left clean, there is no damage, and policies have been observed
• Smoking is allowed outside. Strictly no smoking inside the cabin.
• Anyone under age 21 must be accompanied by their parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.
• Limit of two dogs. Dogs must be quiet, flea free, clean, on leash or under voice command and are not to be left alone in the cabin. Unregistered dog(s) will result in loss of deposit.

Arrival time after 4:00 PM; Departure time by 12noon

RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made with a refundable $100 security deposit payable with a credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover). The full amount of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival payable by credit card or check. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the cabin rental and the deposit will be charged to a credit card the day the reservation is made. To make a reservation, please read the policies/rental agreement then book online or call 360-793-7616. The deposit(s) is refunded by check within 5 days after the last date of your stay if there is no excessive cleaning, no damage/loss, and policies have been observed.

CANCELLATIONS: If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the first day of your scheduled arrival, the deposit(s) will be refunded less a cancellation fee that equals 10% of the rent. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice you will receive a refund of 90% of the nights that are rebooked at the same rate plus the full deposit. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing by Mt Index Properties, LLC.
