Each year John & I like to get away for our anniversary. This, by far, has been the most wonderful, romantic place we have ever been. We were amazed by the way everything was set up to make us feel at home. Thank you for allowing us to share this beautiful cabin.

Got stuck in traffic going home Sunday, took about 20 seconds to figure out that we wanted to turn around and stay another night...so we did!!! Love it here!

What a fantastic cabin! The river view is out of this world. We were amazed at how very clean this cozy little hideaway was. Quiet and serene. To anyone up to it, the hike to Bridal Veil Falls is awesome. Of course, the jacuzzi afterward was a "reward"! We will be back as this is quite a find. Hats off to John & Janet and their little "slice of heaven".

One piece of advice to future guests - do not go to the loft unless you intend to go to bed. The luxurious bed will pull you in and not let you go like the sirens beckoning to Odysseus. It will lure you in even if you were only going up to change clothes. If you hope to ever get out of the cabin for hiking or whatnot, keep your things downstairs.

We had the most wonderful, joyful and relaxing weekend in Whispering Waters. The view, the quiet and the sound of the water going down the river was so amazing that we felt we were in heaven on earth. It was the sound of silence. I was amazed by the fact that you thought about everything down to the very last and smallest detail. It made us feel special and welcome. We succeeded to have a family weekend with lovers' getaway. The kids had fun from the minute we came in and never felt bored and at the same time we had time to ourselves to talk and relax. I have thoughts of starting my own cabins back home and I think you are the model for such a thing.
