Rates based on single-double occupancy (one bed), with a 2-night minimum stay. 8.6% tax is additional.

Additional charge for more than 2 people up to a total of 5 (couple w/ 3 kids, 2 couples one child). Unauthorized guests $50/person/night.

4 night minimum stay July & August

Shorter stays are accepted within a week of arrival. Single nights with a surcharge.

A weekend is normally Friday & Saturday nights-other combinations sometimes accepted at the weekend rate.

A week is any seven nights, excluding holidays.

Smoking is allowed outside, strictly no smoking inside.

No pets - strictly enforced

Anyone under age 21 must be accompanied by their parent. Exceptions are made on an individual basis.
Arrival time after 3 PM; Departure time by 11:00AM

RESERVATIONS: Reservations can be made with a refundable $100 deposit payable with a credit card. The full amount of the rent is due 30 days prior to arrival payable by credit card or check. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the rent and the deposit will be charged to a credit card the day the reservation is made. To make a reservation, please read our policies then book online or call 360-793-7616. The deposit is refunded by check within 10 days after the last day of your stay if the cabin is left clean, there is no damage/loss, and policies have been observed.

CANCELLATIONS: If a cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the first day of your scheduled arrival, the deposit will be refunded less a cancellation fee that equals 10% of the rent. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice you will receive a refund of 90% of the rental for the nights that are rebooked at the same rate, plus the deposit. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing by Mt IIndex Properties, LLC.
