- Multiple night discount $20/night discount after the 1st four nights (5th & 6th nights are discounted) excluding July, Aug & holidays. Discount will be applied after reservation is submitted.
- **Holiday rates apply to MLK wkend, Presidents’ Day wkend, Memorial Day wknd, July 4, Labor Day wkend & Thanksgiving w/ 3 night minimum. Holidays with 2 night min are Dec 24-Jan 5. Hover mouse on desired dates on calendar for rate. Christmas Eve & Christmas are rented together. $60 surcharge to weekly rate if week includes a holiday. July 4, Thanksgiving, Dec 24-Jan 5 rented at nightly rate only-weekly rate not available.
- Rates are per night, US dollars, dbl occupancy (two people/one bed) with a minimum two night stay. 8.6% sales tax is additional. There is no charge for children age 2 & under if additional bed is not needed. $20 linen/cleaning charge per stay for additional bed when there are two people using two beds.
- Minimum stay: There is a two night minimum stay most dates. Three night min some holidays. Four nights July & August. Shorter stays accepted where available (see stay requirement on availability calendar by clicking available date), or last minute. Single nights sometimes available for two people/one bed with a $25 surcharge.
- Refundable security deposit $100-$200 is fully refundable if the cabin is left clean, there is no damage or loss, and policies have been observed. The higher amount is for four or more people, weekly stay, and New Year’s Eve.
- ***There is no add-on cleaning charge if the cabin is left in as good condition as it was found. Cleaning includes, but not limited to, washing dishes, cleaning appliances that were used, cleaning countertops & sink, removing garbage, removing dog hair.
- *Week is any seven nights (can arrive/depart any day of the week). $60 surcharge if includes holiday. July 4, Thanksgiving, Dec 24-Jan 5 rented at nightly rate only-weekly rate not available. The reservation form will show nightly rate – the weekly rate will be applied after the reservation is received. No charge will be made to credit card until weekly or other discounted rate is applied.
- Each cabin accommodates up to 4 people (5 if group includes child/children).
- Reservation/Cancellation: 10% (nonrefundable) of the base cabin rental charged to a credit card when reservation is made. Remainder of rent plus security deposit due 30 days before arrival. If reservation is cancelled/rescheduled within 30 days of arrival there is a 90% refund of the base rent for the nights that can be rebooked. Base rent is the charge for dbl occupancy before additional charges such as additional people & security deposit. These additional charges would be refunded in full. No refund of base rent if cancellation/ reschedule made within 30 days of arrival and cabin cannot be rebooked. Dates are not held or confirmed without payment. Directions and key code will be emailed after reservation is confirmed.
